These terms apply to your use of the Greenville Roleplay Junction (“GVRPJ”, “we”, “us”) website at gvrpjunction.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About GVRPJ

GVRPJ is a fan-run Roblox roleplay community on Discord. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.

We follow Discord and Roblox rules

GVRPJ operates in line with the Discord Terms of Service, the Discord Community Guidelines, the Roblox Terms of Use and the Roblox Community Standards. Every member is expected to follow them too. Breaking Discord’s or Roblox’s rules within GVRPJ is also a violation of our own rules, and we may remove content or members to stay compliant.

Community rules

This website is for information. Taking part in the GVRPJ community on Discord and in Roblox is governed by our community rules, including the GVRPJ Server Rules, as well as Discord’s and Roblox’s own terms. Staff decisions about membership, applications, moderation and roles are made inside the community, not on this website.

Applications

Some applications on this site are Google Forms, and others run through Discord bots. Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee acceptance. Staff may accept or decline any application, including Fastpass and affiliate requests.

GVRPJ One and purchases

GVRPJ One subscriptions and catalog items are sold and billed through Discord’s server subscription and shop features. We don’t process payments or store payment details. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Discord under Discord’s terms. Perks are delivered inside the GVRPJ Discord and game sessions and may change over time. Perks can be lost if your membership ends because of a rule violation. Apart from server running costs, proceeds go to charity.

Links to other sites

The site links to and embeds content from third parties, including Discord, Roblox, Google (Forms, Docs and Sheets), TikTok and Instagram. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Our content

The GVRPJ name, logos, department logos and site content belong to GVRPJ or their respective creators. Please don’t copy or reuse them in a way that suggests you are GVRPJ or officially connected to us.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, interfere with the site or its hosting, submit false or abusive information through our forms, or impersonate GVRPJ staff.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. Information such as member counts, prices, perks and requirements can change, and we don’t guarantee that everything is always complete or up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, GVRPJ isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
